1. Service Overview
KuraClaw ("the Service") is an AI agent service that runs on NAS devices and home servers. Users interact with the AI assistant through messaging apps such as LINE. These Terms govern your use of the Service.
2. Accounts
An account is required to use the Service. You are responsible for providing accurate information and maintaining the security of your account. Account sharing or transfer to third parties is not permitted. We reserve the right to suspend accounts suspected of misuse.
3. Prohibited Conduct
You must not:
- Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
- Infringe on the rights of other users or third parties
- Place excessive load on the Service infrastructure
- Attempt reverse engineering, unauthorized access, or circumvention of security features
- Generate illegal or harmful content using the AI
- Send bulk requests using automated tools
4. Pricing and Subscriptions
The Free plan is available at no cost. Paid plans (Plus / Pro) are billed monthly through Stripe. Upgrades are applied immediately with proration; downgrades take effect at the next renewal. Cancellations take effect at the end of the billing period, and you retain access until then.
Pricing may change without prior notice. Existing paid plan subscribers will be notified at least 30 days before any price changes.
5. Service Limits
Each plan has daily limits on media transfers, voice messages, and API token usage. Limits vary by plan and may be changed without prior notice to improve the Service.
6. Service Interruption and Changes
The Service may be temporarily interrupted without notice for maintenance, outages, or other reasons. We will provide advance notice for planned maintenance whenever possible. Service features may change without prior notice.
7. Intellectual Property
Intellectual property rights in the Service's software, design, and content belong to us. Content you create through the AI belongs to you.
8. Disclaimer
The Service is provided "as is" without any express or implied warranties. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of AI outputs. We are not liable for any damages arising from the use of the Service, except in cases of willful misconduct or gross negligence, to the extent permitted by law.
9. Account Suspension and Deletion
We may suspend or delete accounts that violate these Terms. You may delete your account at any time through the launcher. Please refer to the Privacy Policy for data handling upon deletion.
10. Changes to Terms
These Terms may be updated. We will notify you of material changes via your registered email or through the Service. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
11. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of Japan. The Tokyo District Court shall have exclusive agreed jurisdiction for the first instance.
